CrêpeCafé – Modern Creperie chain is looking for an active, proactive and responsible person to join our team for the position of "Administrator"!

Main responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere in the hall.
  • Personnel management: training newcomers, scheduling work, monitoring workflows.
  • Regular training of the hall staff.
  • Organization of fast and uninterrupted service to guests.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Participation in the inventory.
  • Documentation, reporting.
  • Compliance with appearance standards.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the field of catering. Experience in the positions of Cashier, Barista in the field of catering, as well as experience in personnel management will be an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset, clear ideas about practical customer focus.
  • High working capacity and level of self-organization.
  • Developed skills of internal and external (written and oral) communications, conflict resolution.
  • Vaccination passport is required (in cases established by applicable law).
