Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of dishes in accordance with technological maps.
• Control of the conditions and shelf life of products in the kitchen.
• Compliance with sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic standards.
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness in the workplace.
• Cleaning and defrosting of cold rooms.
• Compliance with appearance standards.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Ability to interact with the team.
• High ability to work and the level of self-organization.
• The vaccination passport is mandatory (in cases established by the current legislation).
