CrêpeCafé – Modern Creperie chain is looking for an active, proactive and responsible person to join our team for the position of Chef!

Main responsibilities:

• Understanding the concept of the cafe.
• Ensuring the smooth and high-quality operation of all processes in the kitchen.
• Introduction of new dishes according to the concept of the institution.
• Working with suppliers, quality control of supplies and storage of products.
• Cook training
• Organizing and conducting inventories.
• Participation in the search and selection of kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. Experience in various positions (from line to management) in the field of catering will be an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, clear ideas about practical customer focus.
• High working capacity and level of self-organization.
• Developed skills of internal and external (written and oral) communications, effective negotiations.
• Higher education.
• Vaccination passport is required (in cases established by applicable law).
